entr learn — Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it and make payments only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@igniterapp.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Enrolling grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the course for your own study only. Sharing, reselling, screen-recording or redistributing the material is strictly prohibited.

You keep access to a purchased course while it stays active on the Service, except where access is withdrawn because you breached these Terms.

Prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — entr learn never stores your card or banking information.

Every purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise prices occasionally, though this will not affect courses you have already bought.

Our separate Refund Policy on this site explains when you can claim a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Courses that have already been largely consumed or downloaded may not qualify for a refund, unless the law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the academy ceases operating on the platform.

You agree to use entr learn lawfully and respectfully: no piracy or redistribution of content, no attempts to defeat payment or access protections, no unlawful or harmful uploads, and no interference with the Service’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund in cases of serious misuse.

The Service is offered “as is” and is meant to support your preparation, not to guarantee results. Although we maintain the content carefully, entr learn does not warrant any particular outcome, uninterrupted access, or that everything is free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, entr learn disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages connected with your use of the Service, while preserving any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Everything on the Service — course videos, notes, tests, logos and other content — belongs to entr learn or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of that material.

These Terms are subject to the laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

From time to time we may amend these Terms. Important updates will be announced in-app and the “Last updated” date above refreshed; by continuing to use entr learn you agree to the updated Terms.
